Do I need to get my booth design approved?

Yes, all booth concepts must be submitted by January 9th to ExhibitorServices@czarnowski.com

Are their restrictions on booths?

Yes, all booths must follow IAEE Guidelines, visit www.czarevents.com for guidelines or email ExhibitorServices@czarnowski.com

Is lead retrieval offered?

Yes, 2026 Grainger Show is utilizing Captello Lead Services. An informational meeting will be held in February. Invites will be sent in January.

What is included/due in my sponsorship package?

Email ExhibitorServices@czarnowski.com to confirm your package.

What is the dress code for the Grainger Show?

Dress code for the Grainger Show is business casual and does include jeans (no holes please), and clean sneakers or comfortable shoes.

What is the Celebration Event?

A Grainger hosted an off-site event on Thursday, 1/30 where everyone is welcome to come network and enjoy some fun activities.

Can I schedule meetings with Grainger Leaders?

No one is able to schedule meetings with Grainger Leaders during existing training, tradeshow or events.

Are Exhibitors invited to the Park Party?

Yes, all attendees are invited to the 2026 Park Party at SeaWorld on Monday, March 16. This is a networking event where food & beverage are provided.

When will I be able to register for my allotted badges and will I be able to purchase additional badges for additional attendees?

Badge registration will take place in early January. Additional badges will not be available for purchase for the 2025 GSM.

Will shuttles be offered for Exhibitors to use to and from the venue, after-hours events?

Shuttle service will not be offered. Transportation to and from the venue and after-hours social events is the responsibility of the exhibitor.

Can I schedule meetings with Grainger Leaders?

No one is able to schedule meetings with Grainger Leaders during existing training, tradeshow or events.
